Eldridge Park Carousel Preservation Society works in partnership with the City of Elmira to maintain the Midway and Amusement Attractions within the park. Any inquiries regarding concerns with the park or inquiries to hold special events within the park should be directed to the City of Elmira: www.cityofelmira.net.

What are your hours?
The park is open every day from dawn to dusk, but our rides and attractions are seasonal, open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. Rides and attractions run Friday from 5pm – 9pm, Saturday from 12pm – 9pm, and Sunday from 12pm – 8pm.
How much do the rides cost?

How can I pay for a ticket?
Tickets are available for purchase at the shop inside the Carousel building. We accept cash and credit.
How can I report a problem with the park?
We are a 501c3 organization that volunteers to help improve the park, but we are not able to assist you with problems with the park itself (e.g. broken or missing equipment, animal issues, etc.). For these problems, we ask that you please contact the City of Elmira Department of Parks and Recreation. If you have a problem with the midway, attractions, or carousel, please use the form above to contact us.
